Job Overview The role is responsible for leading the execution of the RTDS (Real-Time Data Services) business strategy, driving revenue, margin, and growth initiatives for the RTDS sub-product line. This involves developing expertise in RTDS, CENTRO, and Well Construction Optimization Software, understanding the competitive landscape, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the CENTRO product roadmap. The role also involves leading digital projects using ML/AI to address customer drilling and downhole challenges, managing the RTDS team, and serving as the main digital point of contact for customers. Additionally leading data lifecycle governance for all operational data across product lines, establishing and enforcing data governance policies, and ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with cybersecurity requirements. The role requires coordinating between the global digital team and local operations, bridging gaps, and prioritizing digital needs and enhancements Responsibilities: Work closely with the Geozone Product Line Manager, key customer accounts, and Sales Managers to execute the RTDS business strategy, delivering on revenue, margin, and growth initiatives for the RTDS sub-product line. Develop expertise in RTDS, CENTRO, and Well Construction Optimization Software; understand the competitive landscape, identify business opportunities, and contribute to the CENTRO product roadmap with knowledge of engineering and KPIs. Lead project financials and tendering approvals, driving target pricing and cost optimization for all opportunities. Establish minimum acceptable GM to capture market share, coordinating with other product lines and global teams as needed. Lead product demos and trials. Lead digital projects using ML/AI to address customer drilling and downhole challenges, while managing the RTDS team to drive innovation and collaboration. Serve as the main digital point of contact and act as RTOC contact for customers, ensuring alignment with digital strategy and operational goals. Lead data lifecycle governance for all operational data across product lines, from data acquisition, transfer, consumption, and storage to retention and final disposal. Establish and enforce data governance policies, addressing gaps to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with cybersecurity requirements. Coordinate between the global digital team and local operations, bridging gaps and prioritizing digital needs and enhancements. Skills: Expertise in real-time data services and optimization software technologies. Knowledge of ML/AI techniques for addressing operational challenges. Strong understanding of data governance, lifecycle management, and cybersecurity practices. Project management skills to lead digital initiatives and cross-functional teams. Financial acumen in tendering approvals, pricing strategies, and cost optimization. Ability to identify business opportunities and understand competitive landscapes. Experience managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders across departments and functions. Leadership experience in managing teams and fostering innovation. Excellent communication to coordinate between global digital teams and local operations. Strategic thinking for executing business plans and driving growth. Problem-solving ability to address operational challenges with digital solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience operations, real-time services, digital project management, or software solutions, particularly within upstream sectors. Effective communication skills for engaging with global and local teams and managing key customer accounts. Experience in business strategy execution, aligning digital and operational goals with company objectives. Consultative selling or consulting experience in the design, implementation, or monitoring of digital projects and solutions.
