Job Opening: Contracts Manager

JASARA PMC is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to join our team. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract management process, from negotiation to final execution.

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that contracts are:

Drafted effectively

Terms and conditions are favorable

All parties are in compliance with contractual obligations

Your responsibilities will also include:

Managing contract changes

Resolving disputes

Maintaining accurate contract documentation

The ideal candidate will have:

A strong background in contract management

Excellent communication skills

A keen eye for detail
