Occupation:Sales & Marketing Development ManagerJob Description:For a reputable Trading Company in Qatar, we are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Development Manager to contribute to the success of the Company.Requirements:5-10 years of extensive experience in Sales within Trading Companies.Must have experience in the lighting field (e.g., Chandeliers, Indoor & Outdoor Lighting).Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.Must have strong business communication and leadership skills.Fluency in English and/or Arabic.Responsibilities:Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures a strong presence to achieve sales goals and profitability.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status, and finding new suppliers for these products.Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Executives.Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.Conduct research and development as necessary.Remuneration:Attractive salary and benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
