Job ResponsibilitiesActively promote, demonstrate and sell the tinting, PPF, and other Moteri products and services to customers to achieve sales targets as set by the company.
Approach potential customers, engage them in conversations to understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions for their vehicles.
Educate customers on the advantages of Moteri products and services such as tinting and PPF, including protection against scratches, chips, fading, and UV damage.
Identify and generate leads for potential customers, follow up with inquiries, and schedule appointments for service installations.
Follow up with customers as per the sales reports received from showroom admins for upselling the products.
Follow up on in-house finance request approvals from the finance department and communicate confirmations to customers.
Work closely with the sales and Moteri teams to ensure seamless customer service from sale to installation.
Address any customer questions, concerns, or complaints to provide exceptional service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups, and provide regular reports to the Department Manager.
Skills
Bilingual is a must (Arabic & English) speaker
