We are looking for a Programme Engineer to work for a contractor on a tram project in Doha, Qatar.Reporting to Risk & Programme Manager. Should be proficient in the development of Baseline programmes duly resource and cost loaded. Should have worked with project planning for a minimum of 10 years. Experience in Earned Value Techniques and EOT claims is a MUST.Salary: QAR 15,000 - QAR 25,000 per month + accommodation, insurance, car, 30 days leave, 1 return flight per annum, yearly bonus.Minimum Requirements:BEng/BSc Civil Engineering
More than 15 years' experience
Should have Senior Planner experience
Must have 5 years' experience in GCC
Proficiency in Primavera P6 & MS Office is a MUST
Good communication skills and ability to lead the team of planners
