Job Purpose:The Senior Interior Designer will manage design projects, including concept development, space planning, materials selection, and project execution, to deliver exceptional interior spaces that meet client expectations and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead the design and implementation of high-end interior design projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Design Development: Develop detailed design plans and concepts, including floor plans, layouts, and 3D renderings, aligning with project specifications and client vision.

Client Collaboration: Engage closely with clients to understand their requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into design modifications.

Material Selection: Source, select, and recommend materials, furnishings, and accessories that align with the aesthetic and functional needs of each project.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers, coordinating with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cohesive project execution.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, safety codes, and the company's quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.

7+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio in residential or commercial projects.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.

Knowledge of Qatar's building regulations and design standards is a plus.
