The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.Job Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support.Proactively address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to meet customer expectations.Identify opportunities for improving the overall customer experience and implement effective solutions.Candidate Requirements:Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-touch or VIP customer service environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Relevant experience & background in Marketing & CRM.Skills:Luxury Retail Experience.Bilingual (Arabic Speaker).Strong communication skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail.Ability to multitask.Customer service orientation.Relationship management.Knowledge of CRM & Marketing.Conflict resolution skills.Adaptability and flexibility.Team player mentality.
