Roles and responsibilities Prepare contract/ SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement) and customer files for Land and BTS (Built to sell) within the turnaround time upon receiving the complete set of documents from Sales Team and ensure 100% accuracy of SPAs before sign-off by the Management and client with accurate system (salesforce) update. Update system (salesforce) on contract status and ensure that all contract related information is recorded and any modifications on customer information's, new sales deals, sales cancellation or contract termination, units booked statuses to reserved and sold are updated on time. Liaise with Legal Dept. for the SPA template of the new project before the launch and ensure that the template is revised in case of any modification in the SPA of the existing project. Liaise with IT team for uploading the new and/or revised SPA received from Legal into system (salesforce), incorporating any new details etc. Co-ordinate with Projects team for getting the construction milestone of the new project after the revised payment plan is received. Interact with finance team for payment verification received from clients against booked units to issue SPA's for clients in agreed timeframe as per department policy. Ensure all details are accurate on contracts/SPA's and all relevant approvals are obtained to ensure compliance as per department guidelines. Support the section head in the development of policies and procedures, forms and template for contracts function and implement the same effectively to ensure smooth functioning of the contracts process in-order to increase efficiency and to bring consistency throughout the section. Provide efficient customer service and respond to client queries by meeting cliental expectations and ensuring that information is well communicated between clients and management. Provide inputs for system enhancements to optimize department's performance in accurate management of contracts and related activities. Prepare regular reports on status of contracts and share with the management as required. Qualifications, Experiences, Skills: Bachelor's in Business Administration Minimum to 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in contract management in similar industry Attention to detail, accuracy and completeness Excellent communication Skills in English - Arabic will be advantageous Strong and proven multi-tasking skills with the ability to perform under pressure Strong analytical and Interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of information Highly organized and efficient time management skills Desired candidate profile Contract Management Expertise: In-depth knowledge of contract law, principles, and best practices to ensure effective contract administration and compliance. Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate terms and conditions with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in reviewing contracts to identify risks, obligations, and opportunities. Legal Acumen: Familiarity with legal terminology and the ability to work closely with legal teams to address contract-related issues. Risk Assessment: Proficiency in identifying and mitigating risks associated with contractual agreements and obligations. Project Management: Experience in managing multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and adherence to deadlines. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying contract terms and conditions to various stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to evaluate contract performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Stakeholder Management: Skills in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations and compliance. Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements that impact contract management and execution. Team Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor contract management teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with contract management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
