Closing date - 24 October 2024Job DescriptionThe FA are excited to be searching for a Senior Licensing and eCommerce Manager to join their Commercial division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the FA's Licensing and eCommerce business. You will be the lead relationships holder and hold overall accountability for the FA's Licensing and ecommerce partners.What will you be doing?Licensing:Responsible for the development, execution and strategic management of the FA's Licensing Programme.Proactively manage the licensing team to ensure world-class delivery to licensing partners.Identify, broker and negotiate commercial agreements with new and existing licensing partners to maximise revenue.Provide regular updates on the Licensing Programme and progress against agreed revenue targets.Provide insights and make recommendations to drive licensing programme growth.eCommerce:Responsible for the development, execution and strategic management of the FA's eCommerce Programme.Work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders to maximise revenue from the FA's eCommerce platforms.Provide regular updates on eCommerce revenues and report against agreed revenue targets.Provide insights and make recommendations to drive eCommerce growth.General:Support the Head of England Player Relations, Licensing, Retail and Tours.The role holder will have two direct reports at the Coordinator level who will support them across Licensing and eCommerce.Work collaboratively with other members of the Commercial Division as a senior member of the division.Provide effective management of direct reports and the wider team to aid their professional development.Other:Executes additional tasks as required in order to meet FA Group's changing priorities.Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and well-being can be maintained.As part of The FA's commitment to ensuring a safe environment for everyone in football, every employee will be required to complete a DBS check.
