Title: Associate Manager - Data Science, Corporate Information ServicesJob SummaryIdentify, analyze, define and manage projects to provide insights for business to help bring about improvements and aid data driven decision making process across IFFCO Group globally. To work with stakeholders globally and manage technical delivery through managing external and internal partners for project delivery.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret data using analytical & statistical techniquesOwn design & delivery of high-end statistical modelling across the businessHave a deep understanding of various statistical modelling techniquesExpert in R/Python coding languagesAbility to independently design, set up and run statistical forecasting modelsEffectively communicate with business to present conclusions based on findingsEngage and influence business users to identify potential areas in analytics that bring in business benefitsUnderstand business functionalities and convert to requirement document which can be used for developmentCreate project plan for development and implementation of projectsWork Experience Requirement8 to 10 years' experience working with business intelligence, advanced analytics, data management, visualization, and insight generation toolsWork experience with B4Hana is an added advantageHands-on Project Management experienceExpert at designing and implementing dashboardsExpertise in areas of data Visualization using user experience (UX) techniquesProven experience in development using tools like Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), etc.End-to-end lifecycle experience in managing analytics projects and report automationExperience in the preparation of detailed requirements and technical specification documents for analytics solutionsGood understanding of ETL, Data Modelling, data integration and Data Warehouse technologies like SAP B4, Cloud DW, Azure, Snowflake, etc.CPG or manufacturing industry experience strongly preferredExcellent interpersonal skills to work with Senior Business stakeholders, partners, and IT teams in a Matrix organizationStrong analytical / problem solving skillsQualificationBachelor's degree preferred in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent field of studyExperience working with global teamsInternational experience is highly desirableCertification in advanced analytics, data warehouse or visualization tools is desirableProject management certification desirableUX design certification desirableCompetenciesVendor ManagementBusiness AcumenTechno-functional knowledge in at least one module of ERP (ORACLE/SAP)Ownership & Result OrientationProject ManagementTechniques in process improvementSelf and Team ManagementPlanning & Decision MakingStrategic ThinkingChange ManagementBusiness Unit: Corporate-Information Services (4205)Business Group: Information Services (2629)
