Responsibilities Manage and supervise retail store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth Provide guidance and support to store managers in achieving sales targets and operational goals Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events Train and develop store employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe store environment Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to drive business growth and innovation Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations management Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail stores Strong knowledge of retail industry trends, competitors, and customer demands Excellent leadership and management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
