Associate Product Manager - Patent RenewalsAs our Product Manager, you'll be the champion of a strategic Patent Renewals product line and play a pivotal role in shaping its future. You'll be responsible for owning the product vision, defining the roadmap, and driving its success through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. You'll be the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are at the heart of every decision.About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments2-5 Years' experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a software and services environment.Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with agile development processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Familiarity with JIRA and ConfluenceKnowledge of Intellectual Property would be beneficial although not mandatory.What will you be doing in this role?Define the long-term roadmap for our platform, ensuring it aligns with our overall business goals and anticipates future needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market needs, customer feedback, and business goals.Create and maintain a clear and prioritized backlog of well written user stories, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and roadmap.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality software and services on time and within budget.Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that user needs and expectations are understood and addressed in the product development process.Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, providing guidance and direction to the development team.Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product releases.Engage with customers and gather feedback to drive product improvements and iterate on existing features.Foster a collaborative and transparent team culture, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.About the TeamThis role reports into the Director, Product Management and will work as part of a wider team of Product Managers within our Patent Renewals function. Additionally, this role will collaborate across with many other stakeholders within the business.Hours of WorkFull-time, permanent role.
