Head of Customer Due Diligence and Transaction Monitoring

As the Head of CDD&TM, you'll be a key player in our International AML Team. This role gives you a great chance to make a difference in a lively and diverse setting. You'll work with clients from 10 EU countries, including in retail, corporate, and professional fields.What You'll Do:Manage and inspire the International CDD&TM Department with empathy, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.The team is 50 FTE in total, divided over 5 teams and across 4 countries.Work closely and partner with AML Compliance.Lead strategic change management projects, aligning processes and teams.Responsible for coaching and development, ensuring the team is adequately developed to maintain required knowledge levels.Develop comprehensive training and coaching plans for CDD & TM departments in partnership with AML Compliance, Team Leads (TLs), FEC specialist, and HR.Manage quality control, project management, and stakeholder engagement to elevate our practices.Lead the Onboarding and Off-boarding processes within LYNX, engaging in projects to improve efficiency and compliance.Introduce new processes and procedures into the organization and convert them into actionable work instructions.Manage and oversee third-party contracts for first-line AML services, including setting up, negotiating and auditing of defining across all branches.What Makes You a Great Fit:You have at least 10 years' experience in the financial sector, preferably in the investment sector.You've managed diverse teams in different countries, navigating the complexities of the operational aspects of CDD and transaction monitoring with ease.Your proven leadership skills are matched by your ability to make decisive, effective decisions even in challenging situations.You're known for your keen problem-solving skills, anticipating needs and crafting innovative solutions.We Offer:Fixed 13th month;Pension plan paid for in full by LYNX;Travel allowance for public transport;A training budget for training opportunities that suit you and your position;Outings & drinks with your colleagues;A dynamic and inclusive work environment.
