Kiwi Rangers Limited is looking for 2 x Field Managers for their busy company. This is a permanent full-time position and will involve handling the full office operations of our company. To be considered for this position you’ll have at least a qualification in relevant studies at bachelor's level or higher or sufficient experience to complete the tasks in this position (at least 5 years). You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently to reach goals. You must be able to multitask and will be able to complete work in set time frames. Key Tasks: · Making sure that all compliance relating to Health, Safety, and Hygiene regulations is maintained and training material is available/recorded when completed; communicating with farmers and growers · Liaise with all levels of management within the Company in relation to: · Setting & implementing work plans · Quality control of work being undertaken · Ensuring supervisors are maintaining their workplan and workers to the required level of quality control · Visiting worksite within the area to ensure standard of work complies with both the employers and growers’ expectations. · Ensuring all work complies with all current/relevant government legislation, policy and procedures · keep accurate records relating to all onsite activities in accordance with the relative legislation and industry requirements (including employee hours of work etc) · Meetings with the director and other managers from time to time to collaborate on ideas to set plans in motion for the expansion of the business in general. Key Measurements • Orchard tasks are completed according to seasonal and business requirements. • High level of safety awareness • Ability to follow instructions. • Punctuality and attendance. We are looking at a minimum of 30 hours per week for this role. Pay Rate: $29.66 per hour Hours of work: Monday – Sunday between hours of 7:00am – 6:00pm Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
