As a one-stop-shop utility partner, they are committed to delivering high-quality service and excellence in every project.Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic General Manager to oversee and drive the success of large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects exceeding $100 million. This executive role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in managing complex EPC operations and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, operational excellence, and leadership in high-stakes environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage large-scale EPC utility projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Develop and implement strategic plans to drive project success and operational excellence across all branches.Oversee the planning, execution, and management of complex EPC operations and maintenance projects.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with key stakeholders.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume to tilat.rizvi@antal.com and include "General Manager Application" in the subject line.
