Recruiting for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager for a large Pharma project in West Dublin. In this role you will join a Site MEP team, taking ownership of specific Electrical Packages. Duties will include; Regular site inspections to monitor the progress of Electrical and MEP works, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols Track and document the progress of on-site activities, identifying deviations from the plan and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track Review and Approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Inspection Test Records (ITRs) Perform and Lead system walkdowns to verify installations meet project specifications and standards Assist in the preparation, review and approval of method statements and permits for Electrical and other relevant contractors In cooperation with the Commissioning Manager, co-ordinate and witness commissioning Update Project Director on package progress and sub contractor performance Ideally you will have similar experience (5+yrs) combined with an Electrical Trade background with Pharma experience preferred.
