Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Manager - Strategic Planning and Analysis at DHE. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Supervision of daily and weekly business performance reports.

Analysis of market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitors' performance.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.

Analysis of trends and variances.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize profitability and cost efficiency.

Identify potential risks and opportunities and suggest appropriate financial strategies.

Suggest improvement opportunities with regards to existing policies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

About You:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred) in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.

At least 7 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Financial analysis and modelling.

Strategic thinking.

Data analysis and interpretation.

Communication of complex financial concepts.
