Success Factor:
Analyzing stakeholder data to support and enhance relationship management and engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the Relationship Director by gathering and analyzing data on stakeholder interactions and engagement.
Monitor and track stakeholder relationships, identifying key trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on stakeholder engagement, relationship status, and feedback for the Relationship Director.
Assist in the development and maintenance of stakeholder databases, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
Conduct research on key stakeholders, including government entities and partners, to support strategic relationship management.
Analyze communication patterns and feedback from stakeholders to recommend strategies for engagement improvements and satisfaction.
Assist with meetings, events, and other activities to facilitate stakeholder interactions.
Assist in resolving stakeholder issues by gathering relevant information and providing insights to the Relationship Director.
Support the Relationship Director with the preparation of briefing materials and presentations for discussions and negotiations.
Contribute to the development of strategies for improving stakeholder relationships based on data and analysis.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), InVision, InDesign, and Canva.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Storytelling thought process and creative vision, highly observant to detail.
Key Capabilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating reports and presentations.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Familiarity with relationship management and stakeholder engagement principles.
High-level professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
