Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and energetic Bike Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering food orders to customers promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure all orders are accurate and packaged properly.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
Follow designated routes and traffic laws to ensure safe delivery.
Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the delivery area.
Communicate effectively with restaurant staff regarding order statuses and any delivery issues.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Maintain the bike in good working condition, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Prior delivery experience preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of local streets and neighborhoods.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to ride a bike for extended periods.
