Duties:

Define, monitor, improve and control project(s) scope.

Set program/project(s) KPI's track and measure it.

Alignment of internal stakeholders within overall program scope.

Set suitable operational/tactical program/project(s) goals and objectives.

Alignment of Engineering and Certification activities & deliverables within the PROJECT Program timeline milestones.

Align and monitor cross-functional project(s) task/activities.

Monitor and control PROJECT Program deliverables deadlines within allocated budgets.

Apply change management within organization.

Assure functional risk register and control risk mitigations.

Participate in preparation of all the PROJECT Program report(s) as required by Program Director and/or Executive steering committee.

Perform other related duties as assigned by PROJECT Program Director.

Responsibilities:

Building up Projects Guidelines & Objectives.

Setting-up the PROJECT Program & specialized Project(s) KPI's to achieve overall PROJECT program objectives and goals.

Development and implementation of cost-effective management programs to facilitate delivery of high-quality services in alignment with End User committed and agreed requirements.

Create and implement End-to-End governance and introducing Quality Management within Project Governance, incorporating Quality Control and Quality Assurance within project(s).

Accountable for maintaining project Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) & Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Planning strategic/operational Projects in alignment with company's business objectives to deliver benefits and improve organizational KPI's.

Executing and delivering high quality with a high priority of Projects deliverables.

Execute, deliver and improve technology-related to the Projects.

Develop Products from Business case preparation to full execution, entry into service and client field support (Project Lifecycle Management-PLM).

Developing and managing Integrated Projects Schedules with several interdependencies.

Analyzing schedule milestones, progress and identifying risk and planning risk mitigations with coordination with the head of functional department.

Continuously analyzing projects risks benefitting realization of Projects and keeping risk registration tracks.

Building-up and improving Reporting, KPIs Processes, Procedures, Templates and Forms for Change Management.

Furthermore, participating in building up a Dashboard, Risks Management, and Program Schedule Management.

Evaluate, investigate and scrutinize data for trend analysis and KPI measurements, and perform detailed mapping of current status, challenges, issues and recommend ways forward to resolve them.

Perform root cause analysis, identify, implement corrective measures approved by program director and track future status.

Forecasting changes caused by human, process, and systems triggered by a project and applying change management tools for execution, collaborating effectively with functional departments.

Monitor program spending/budget as per allocated PROJECT Program budget and its financial elements.

Experience:

End-to-end Project Life Cycle Management.

Project/Program/Portfolio Governance model development & implementation.

Change Governance, Quality Governance, Risk & Issue Governance, processes, templates, procedures for standard project/program/portfolio governance.

PMO establishment and executions.

Experience in driving large programs/many projects, including multiple small, mid-sized & complex projects simultaneously with limited resources in fast-paced, changing priorities and working in uncertain environments.

Decision-making and negotiations skills.

Excellent communication, conflict/resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to strategize and implement program/project initiatives and have a strong talent for project coordination.

Desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to full completion.

Project Management Professional (PMI - PMP).

Excellent knowledge of MICROSOFT OFFICE, VISIO, AutoCAD and MS Project.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in the aviation field.

Preferably with Business Administration (MBA) in Program Management or equivalent.

Preferably with Program Management Professional.
