Apt Resources is currently looking for a skilled Fire Alarm Coordinator for our prestigious client in Abu Dhabi - the Royal Family. As a Fire Alarm Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of their client's facilities by coordinating the installation, maintenance, and testing of fire alarm systems. You will also be responsible for understanding technical drawings and floor plans to effectively coordinate and manage fire alarm projects.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the installation, maintenance, and testing of fire alarm systems.
Review and understand technical drawings, floor plans, and specifications.
Prepare and update project schedules and progress reports.
Work closely with clients, contractors, and technicians to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fire alarm systems.
Keep accurate records of project details, including equipment, materials, and labor costs.
Provide training and guidance to staff members on fire alarm procedures and equipment.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with fire alarm systems and coordinating projects.
Strong understanding of technical drawings, floor plans, and specifications.
Knowledge of fire alarm systems and related codes and standards.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and technicians.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using computer software and applications related to fire alarm coordination.
Benefits
The Salary is AED 5000-6000 plus free accommodation and food, along with all other benefits as per UAE labour laws.
