Working with global, diverse, and inclusive teams, we aim to guide and support you to unleash your skillset, explore your passions and make a positive impact beyond your role - Let's Grow Together.As IT Application Support, you are expected to provide support services to internal customers related to an application/ set of applications covering a range of responsibilities focusing on repetitive activities, following instructions and incident resolution. You are eligible to grow through project driven work as well as market and product expertise that needs to be built up to meet the number and variety of customer portfolios.Job AccountabilitiesAs IT Application Support, your role will involve:Performs standardized operational tasks to ensure that the service levels and performance are met.Acts where necessary to address or escalate performance or operational issues.Reports service performance to line management and provides feedback on execution of standardized operational tasks to business.Complies with IT service management governance, standards and policies.Provides input for service level performance reports to the business generating improvement actions where necessary.Supports the end-user satisfaction process and service improvement programs.Manages incident escalations and complaints, working with the Business Unit to resolve individual service issues.Supports business in disaster recovery testing.Job QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree in information technology.Effective communications and problem solving skills.Knowledgeable in stakeholder and relationship management.Ability to manage IT Vendor.Well-versed knowledge in operational functions.At Zurich, we like to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
