Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Equity Capital Markets Director to join a leading investment banking team here in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in originating, structuring, and executing equity and equity-linked transactions, with extensive experience in leading teams through at least 5 successful Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead banker in originating, structuring, and executing IPOs, including advising clients on equity capital raising strategies, market positioning, and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, private companies, and financial sponsors to provide advisory services and identify new opportunities for equity offerings.
Provide expert guidance to clients on equity financing options, market conditions, valuation strategies, and equity-linked products (e.g., convertible bonds, follow-on offerings).
Manage end-to-end processes for IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, and other equity-linked transactions, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and analysis to support capital raising activities and provide actionable insights for clients.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in equity capital markets or investment banking, with a focus on equity offerings.
Extensive experience leading teams through the successful completion of at least 5 IPOs.
Deep understanding of equity capital markets, including IPO processes, follow-on offerings, convertible bonds, and other equity-linked products.
Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital structure analysis.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
