About the Job

As a Director, Fitness in SIRO, your job will be to drive and lead the operational and financial direction of the Fitness and Recovery Labs ensuring complete viability of the facility, maximizing all opportunities and resources. Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring that the highest standards of personal training, group exercise classes, and treatment services are adhered to at all times.

Exceeding guest and member experience expectations.

Working closely with the Hotel Manager in establishing and maintaining marketing objectives, operating criteria, programming, budgeting, VIP guest visits, colleague relations, and training programs.

Promoting the overall philosophy and services while working together with our guests and members to unlock and achieve their goals.

Curating a journey dedicated to a guest's needs, delivering rewarding experiences in the short term and long-lasting sustainable success.

About You

A perfect candidate should meet the following qualifications:

Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a distinctive advantage.

Minimum of 3 years in a 5 Star or boutique Fitness hospitality environment.

Previous experience as a Wellness (Fitness or Spa) Manager in a 5 Star or boutique club for a minimum of 2 years.

Educated to the level of internationally recognized advanced/higher Graduate Diplomas/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma.

Skills in sales and guest relations.

Outstanding customer service skills with a welcoming and sociable personality.

Attention to detail and aptitude to maintain a very hygienic environment.

Skills in managing and processing software such as Mindbody are required.

Strong administration skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to manage according to standard operating procedures.

Experience in handling crucial situations with guests and colleagues effectively.

Ability to manage colleague performance issues quickly and effectively.

Possess a positive attitude, superior interpersonal skills, and strong leadership.

Strong ability to coach and motivate colleagues to achieve sales and service goals.

To present a professional and polished appearance.

Experience in developing innovative retail merchandising and selection of products.

Flexible schedule, available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
