Justlife is rocking the region with its beautifully designed home services app and looking for brilliant minds and skilled professionals who can think outside the box and have a limit that defies the sky.Do you envision shaping the future of all home services in one of the fast-growing tech startups based in Dubai?Come onboard and dedicate yourself to becoming #everydaybetter!Take over a key role as a MEP Technician in the Business Development department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.What we expect from you:The role includes performing the following functions:Mechanical:Inspect and diagnose issues with mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, and piping systems.Troubleshoot and repair leaks in pipes and fittings.Install new mechanical equipment such as air handlers, chillers, and boilers.Civil and Architectural Works:Installation of architectural interiors such as furniture, TV, ceiling works (gypsum), lighting fixtures, etc.Electrical:Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including electrical panels, circuits, and wiring.Inspect and diagnose issues with electrical equipment such as motors, generators, and lighting systems.Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking fuses, circuit breakers, and electrical connections.Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues such as faulty wiring or overloaded circuits.Install new electrical equipment such as lighting fixtures, outlets, and switches.Test electrical systems to ensure they meet safety standards.Plumbing:Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.Inspect and diagnose issues with water heaters and other plumbing equipment.Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking water pressure, inspecting for leaks, and cleaning drains.Troubleshoot and repair leaks in pipes and fixtures.Install new plumbing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, and faucets.Test plumbing systems to ensure they meet safety standards.What we are looking for:Diploma or technically certified in the field of MEP.Proven work experience in UAE.Good communication skills.Proficient and able to demonstrate a complete understanding of all maintenance and repair services.Strong understanding of health and safety in the workplace.Experience delivering MEP services to customers.Strong client engagement and customer service skills.Strong time management skills.Ability to work independently.PERKS OF BEING A PART of JUSTLIFENothing would replace the start-up spirit, working with an evolving culture and fulfilling workplace!
