Ø Inspects and ensures high quality product which matches pre-determined specifications

Ø Inspect facilities, equipment and production lines to ensure food is prepared according to safety regulations

Ø Develop inspection and testing protocols for materials, products and packaging.

Ø Develop methods for the testing quality of materials, products and packaging.

Ø Analyse possible reasons for product defects, process deviation and quality lapses.

Ø Investigate customer complaints and any non-conformance issues

Ø Determines methods to resolve any quality or food safety compliance that arise

Ø Prepare reports, compiles and maintain records on product quality status, and all tests and inspections that have been concluded.

Ø Implements food tests and maintain schedule of testing.

Ø Assures ongoing compliance with cost control, quality and food safety requlatory requirements.

Ø Lead quality and food safety related audits and supports on site audits conducted by external providers

Ø Develop product and process quality metric reports.

Ø Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are align with regulatory requirements, industry guidelines and organisation's policies.

Ø Establish SOPs and conditions for handling, storage and preservation of samples.

Ø Implement plans and strategies to support provision of safe food products.

Ø Oversee corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) implementation and documentations with other departments.

Ø Participate in quality management system reviews and promote quality and food safety policies to all personnel.

Ø Verify alignment of sampling documentation, testing activities and procedures with established protocols to identify issues.

Ø Verify quality control (QC) records, test results and reports for regulatory authorities.

**Salary**: From QAR6,000.00 per month
