- **
- Configuring cisco PoE switches (Vlan10 Data, Vlan20 Voice, configuring each port)
- Configuring access points & router ( cisco, Linksys, D-Link)
- Troubleshooting of network (LAN & Wi-Fi)
- Communicating with Ooredoo for troubleshooting of Smart Wi-Fi connection
- Configuring & troubleshooting of network printer
- Troubleshooting of Operating system ( Windows & MAC)
- Configuring & troubleshooting of windows server
- Handling active directory & data file server
- Creating user account of active directory based on user role
- Maintaining the attendance & access gate server for each facility
- Setup & configuring of new operating system (windows & Mac)
- Managing the task of troubleshooting work as per the facility timings
- Installing & testing of network ports
- Purchasing of any new hardware, system, mobile phone & other devices
- Setup of new connection from Ooredoo & Vodafone
- Configuring & troubleshooting of IP phones (cisco)
- Planning of IT infrastructure

- Managing full operation of CRM solution
- Implementing SAP ERP solution
- Providing new solution of software for the smooth workflow
- Maintaining Azure database
- Creating Bi reports
- Managing the SQL database
- Managing Azure admin portal
- Managing monthly billing of software subscription
