Position Title: Reservation Sales Associate Arabic Female only
a leading luxury yacht rental company in Doha, is seeking a Reservation Sales Associate to join our dynamic and enthusiastic team. As a Reservation Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, guiding them through the booking process and ensuring their journey with us is nothing short of extraordinary.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the needs and preferences of customers and provide tailored yacht rental options to meet their requirements.
Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations by using effective sales techniques and persuasive communication.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless planning and execution of yacht charters.
Maintain accurate and organized records of reservations, payments, and customer details.
Provide clients with all necessary information regarding the yacht features, services, and additional offerings.
Uphold a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries and concerns.
Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Assist in marketing initiatives to promote our yacht rental services and reach potential clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide insights and suggestions for business growth.
**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
