The role holder is responsible to conduct technical expert trainings and supervise participants.
The role holder also maintains the training rooms and equipment and update training material and constantly improve quality of training.
**Responsibilities**:
Ø Conduct trainings and education.
Ø Evaluation of Trainees
Ø Planning training resources equipment, material and operate trainings.
Ø Maintenance of training resources Lead and coach trainees
Ø Improve training courses and training approaches.
Ø Assess, evaluate and certification of Trainees.
Ø Works as per rules and regulation in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section to secure and maintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification.
Ø Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within the Department are in-line with the company health and safety regulations.
Ø Master or at least Bachelor in Electrical Engineering.
Ø Training methodology Certification (Train of The Trainer)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
