**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all salon and cosmetics products.
- Monitor and track inventory movements, including receiving, transfers, and returns.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Identify and investigate any discrepancies or variances in inventory levels.
- Ensure efficient and organized storage of products to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
- Collaborate with the salons, sales team, and purchasing team to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts.
- Implement inbound/outbound movement and inventory control best practices to minimize wastage and reduce carrying costs.
- Generate inventory reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Proven experience as a Logistics & Inventory Officer or similar role in the salon or cosmetics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics & inventory management and control procedures.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in inventory management or supply chain logistics is a plus.
