**Position**: Sales Executive - Medical Field (Arabic Speaker)
**Starting Salary**: QAR 4,000 - QAR 5,500 (Full package / All in)

**About us**: Our facility is dedicated to promoting health, fitness, and well-being. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive, fluent in Arabic, to join our team. This role involves promoting our medical services and wellness programs to potential clients within the Arabic-speaking community.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the Arabic-speaking community, including individuals, families, and organizations.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals to drive sales growth.
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations to educate clients about our medical services and wellness programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized assistance and guidance to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns targeting the Arabic-speaking market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create Arabic-language marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments within the Arabic-speaking community.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and product/service enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in Arabic is essential, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the medical field or health and wellness industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
