In the role of a Project Engineer, your responsibilities will encompass project and contract management, which entails tasks such as work allocation, interpretation of drawings and layout plans, proactive planning of survey, materials, and personnel, as well as maintaining client connections. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with Health and Safety regulations and procedures, as well as maintaining quality control. To be successful in this key role, you must have:
- A minimum of five years of expertise in the field of construction, particularly in the context of commercial and industrial building projects.
- Exceptional communication abilities, characterized by the capacity to establish robust connections and attentively address client requirements.
- A personality characterized by openness, excitement, and a positive outlook.
- Comprehensive comprehension of the design and procurement procedures, along with the capacity to provide guidance on technical resolutions for construction purposes.
- Expertise to provide guidance on suitable construction approaches.
- Current or prior expertise with Service Station Development is a must.
