The Role Reporting into the NSW Manager, the Project Manager will join the ranks and help build and assist mid to large scale BMS projects. Main tasks of the role would include:
- Effectively deliver profitable completion of project(s) which meet customer quality and delivery expectations.
- Scope and Change Management (Variations, EOT's etc).
- Time Management, Cost Management, Quality Management.
- Risk Management, Risk Analysis, Risk Response Plans.
- Procurement Management, Financial Management, Claim Management.
- Maintaining strong relations with Clients and external contractors.
