BMS Controls Project Manager

The Role Reporting into the NSW Manager, the Project Manager will join the ranks and help build and assist mid to large scale BMS projects. Main tasks of the role would include:

1. Effectively deliver profitable completion of project(s) which meet customer quality and delivery expectations.
2. Scope and Change Management (Variations, EOT's etc).
3. Time Management, Cost Management, Quality Management.
4. Risk Management, Risk Analysis, Risk Response Plans.
5. Procurement Management, Financial Management, Claim Management.
6. Maintaining strong relations with Clients and external contractors.

Requirements It is preferred that the Project Managers who apply already have BMS Project Management experience in Australia to be able to jump in and make a positive impact with their new team. Those with experience overseas must be working to a similar scale and standard, such as in New Zealand or the UK. You will have worked over a range of projects during your career such as commercial, schools, government health, and data centres, preferably with an upper tier contractor; however, PMs with smaller scale project experience may also be considered depending on their potential.
