Reporting to the Underwriting Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for interpreting, classifying and processing new business and renewal data in a timely and accurate manner. You will be a key member of a highly engaged national team providing support to NTI’s network of offices around Australia. Day to day, you will:
- Interpret, classify and process new business and renewal data;
- Follow up on outstanding documentation;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data to deliver seamless customer service.
- Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel (essential);
- Fast and accurate data entry skills;
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to build positive, collaborative relationships using various communication technologies;
- Confidence using and learning new technologies and systems.
