Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and preparing the annual fixed assets budget, and monitor the implementation of relevant budgets every month and report in a timely manner
- Conduct financial due diligence review of requests for fixed asset project approval and provide due diligence opinions for superiors
- Comprehensively organize and analyze relevant data, produce fixed asset reports according to management needs, and provide management suggestions
- Be familiar with the definition of system data and propose improvements on the data analysis model actively
- Comply with the laws and rules of local regulatory authorities, bank's policy and risk management measures. Identify and control the existing and potential risks of daily work and report to superior in due course, formulate rectification plan and follow-up the execution
- Assist in conducting on-site or off-site inspections of fixed asset management.
- Complete the tasks assigned by superiors and comply with data confidentiality strictly.
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Project Management, Statistics, Management Information System, Information Technology/Computing or related disciplines
- Professional qualification in HKICPA, ACCA, CFA, FRM, ACIB, ACIS, PMP would be an advantage
- 3 years or above working experience in Financial Accounting, Fixed Asset Management, Cost Budgetting or related areas is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of accounting standards and legal/guidance requirements of relevant regulatory agencies
- Relevant experience in financial analysis and writing analysis reports is preferred
- Good data analytical, report writing and project management skills, able to work under pressure with strong learning agility
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
