As the Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen team and oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation. You will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene, and managing kitchen operations efficiently. Your leadership and culinary expertise will drive the success of our restaurant and enhance the dining experience for our guests.We are looking for a Head Chef with the specifications below, who should be able to join within 30 days.Position: Head ChefExperience: 13 years +Cuisines: Mediterranean, Southeast Asian, Asian - MandatoryAdditional Cuisines: Italian / Middle Eastern / Spanish / Pastry - will be a plusExperience in: 5* hotels / standaloneStatus: SingleHireNationality: AnyGender: No PreferenceLanguages: English (Mandatory) & Arabic will be a plusExperience: Multi Regions & Gulf Experience is MandatoryOther Notes:POS & Inventory system knowledge - MandatorySkills:Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume kitchen.Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and kitchen equipment.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Creative and innovative approach to menu design and food presentation.
