Job Purpose: Provide administrative support for Training & Education activities.Key Job AccountabilitiesMaintain database and SharePoint to ensure accuracy and quality.Check and verify the reliability of sources for the database.Maintain, organize, analyze, update, and retrieve data from SAP, Access, and other corporate systems.Prepare data to generate report charts and presentations, and establish a documentation system for proper storage and retrieval of required documents.Support in identifying information processing problems and escalate to the manager where applicable.Provide point of reference on simple aspects of work for guidance on practices, precedents, and techniques.Support junior staff training and initiate appropriate paperwork to advise customers, superiors, and junior staff.Participate with training providers for registrations of nominated staff, follow up on course attendance in LMS, and provide utilization and no-show reports to management.Assist in the development of training aids such as manuals and handbooks related to the training process/system.Coordinate and assist with all training logistics, training calendar, and Head of Training and Education calendar.Qualifications• Completion of Secondary School Education (12 years).Knowledge and/or Experience• 5 years of relevant experience.• Very good knowledge of standard computer software.• Knowledge of some financial and budgetary processes.Technical and Business Skills• Good command of written and spoken English.• Proficient keyboard and PC skills.
