With a focus on innovation and collaboration, we aim to create a vibrant and supportive work environment that fosters growth, creativity, and success.Job OverviewAs we expand and launch a new office in Q4 2024, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager based in Ahmedabad, India, to oversee recruitment, payroll, benefits, and office culture. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of end-to-end hiring experience, particularly in technology companies, and is well-versed in managing in-person office culture and events. This role requires deep experience in the Ahmedabad market, and only local candidates will be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, with a focus on roles such as software engineers, project managers, and technical staff.Manage payroll, employee benefits, and HR compliance for the office, ensuring timely and accurate execution.Foster a positive and engaging office culture by organizing in-person events, team-building activities, and other initiatives that support employee happiness and productivity.Collaborate with department leads to understand hiring needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, helping to resolve conflicts and ensure a positive work environment.Ensure HR processes are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.Develop and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and performance.Qualifications5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically for technology companies.2+ years of experience managing HR functions, including payroll and benefits, within the Ahmedabad market.2+ years of experience creating and maintaining a positive office culture, including organizing events and employee engagement initiatives.Proven experience hiring for technical roles such as software engineers and project managers.Strong understanding of local labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.CompensationAttri Inc. is committed to offering highly competitive compensation, paying in the 90th percentile or higher of the local pay range for HR managers.
