Our expertise includes Risk Management, Compliance, Data, IT Audit, Accounting & Finance, Technology (Cloud Migration, API development), and Operations, with a strong focus on Financial Regulatory Reporting.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager for our Canada Recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who has led a team of 4-5 recruiters, worked directly with BFSI clients, and has strong client handling and relationship management skills, particularly for the Montreal region.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of 4-5 recruiters.Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct BFSI clients in the Montreal region.Oversee the recruitment process to ensure high-quality candidate placement.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless recruitment solutions.Requirements:Proven experience in leading a team of recruiters.Extensive experience in client handling and relationship management within the BFSI sector.Strong knowledge of the Montreal region's recruitment landscape.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients remotely.Why Join Soho:Work with a diverse and inclusive team.Opportunity to lead a dynamic team and work with top-tier clients.Flexible, remote working environment.
