Job Summary:As a Data Analyst, you will focus on sales and customer analytics, helping to optimize our customers' ecommerce operations and marketing efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing your strong consultative skills, expertise in spreadsheet models, deck development, and technical skills, including SQL. Your ability to communicate effectively and translate complex data into actionable insights will be critical to your success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Analyze ecommerce and marketing data to provide insights on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.Develop and maintain spreadsheet models to support sales forecasting, customer segmentation, and marketing campaign analysis.Create and present compelling decks to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and ecommerce initiatives.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance data analysis efficiency.Provide consultative support to stakeholders, helping them understand data insights and make informed decisions.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce and marketing analytics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the ecommerce or marketing industry.Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and experience with spreadsheet modeling.Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and concisely.Strong consultative skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.About Ignyte IQ:Ignyte IQ is an analytics and automation platform for growing DTC brands.
