You will be the trusted advisor and key point of contact, responsible for ensuring our clients' technology investments align with their business goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Trusted Advisor and Mentor: Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, providing expert advice and guidance to maximise the value of their IT investments.Technical Alignment: Understand the client's business objectives and align technology solutions to meet these goals effectively.Technology Advocacy: Advocate for best-in-class technology solutions that drive business growth and ensure clients are equipped with the latest innovations.Account Management: Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team during the pre-sales process and continue to provide technical support after implementation.Project Tracking and Coordination: Oversee the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope, while addressing any technical challenges that arise.Knowledge Sharing: Educate clients on new features, upgrades, and best practices to optimise their use of our solutions.Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams on the status of projects and ongoing support activities.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or relevant vendor certifications) are a plus.Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Systems Integrator or IT solutions provider.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software solutions.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.Problem-Solving: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet client needs.Customer-Focused: Demonstrated track record of maintaining strong customer relationships and driving client success.Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.What We Offer:Growth Opportunities: Softcell is committed to the professional development of our employees.
