The BA would also act as a Product Manager for the Insure-Tech product Purple Wallet. Purple Wallet is a technology driven product providing End-to-End insurance solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for automated savings through Simplified Policy Placement, Real Time Claims Settlement & Cost Optimization by means of 360-degree Policy Management and Risk Advisory. The users are required to follow a few simple steps, after which they would be able to access the best functionalities in the insurance sector all under one roof. The Candidate is expected to be primarily responsible for handling the requirements from the business team, document it and create the required user stories with functional diagrams.Key Expectations from the role:Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio)Knowledge of business process modelling and analysis.Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)Understanding of database concepts and data analysis technique.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Desired Experience: Business Analysis experience of 6+ years in Banking, Financial Services and/or Insurance domain.Experience in Product company would be preferred Desired Qualification: MBA in Finance/International Business/Marketing.
