If you are looking to build a fulfilling career and are confident you have the skills and experience to help us succeed, we want to work with you!Job DescriptionTaking responsibility for executing business consulting projects including tasks like research, data interpretation, analysis, insight generation and report preparationAuthoring /co-author thought-leadership articlesIndependently managing mid-sized projects or taking ownership of one or more modules of major /significant consulting projectsLeading, coordinating and organizing the work of a team of junior analystsManage client communication for projects assignedSupporting the leadership team on marketing, business development and proposalsPositively contributing to the firm's growth and reputationContribution to the firm in non-project areas (such as knowledge management, people development etc.)Qualifications8-10 years of experience in market research and consulting projects, with 4-5 years of experience in delivering international consulting projects such as market entry, market opportunity assessment, market expansion strategy, new product development etc.Should have excellent customer facing capabilities, and in leading consulting engagements.Experience with top consulting firms would be preferableThe individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the - C- level executivesShould have managed small teams of 2-3 membersExperience user of Microsoft office suite- Excel & Power PointStrong organizational and strategic skills with an analytical mindset PRB
