This time, we aim to digitize shopping not just for e-commerce but for all of retail.About the Role:We seek an Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in modern infrastructure tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to current processes, and the confidence to bring innovative ideas to the table. This role involves maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:Maintain and optimize the existing infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability.Collaborate with the team using DevOps/SRE practices, focusing on continuous improvement and automation.Manage and deploy infrastructure using Kubernetes, Istio, ArgoCD, Helm, and Kustomize.Support networking operations to ensure robust security and connectivity.Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and scaling using Terraform and other tools.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using Grafana and Loki.Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases and Elasticsearch.Assist in Cloud Computing operations, primarily on GCP, with some involvement in AWS.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with business goals and ensure the product team has the support they need to deliver to our clients.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience with Networking, Kubernetes, Istio, ArgoCD, Helm, and Kustomize.Expertise in Cloud Computing (GCP preferred; AWS is a plus).Strong knowledge of DevOps/SRE practices and principles.Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Terraform, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Grafana, and Loki.Proficiency in scripting or coding with Python for automating infrastructure tasks.Excellent communication skills with a focus on effective collaboration across cultures and languages.Demonstrated ability to adapt to new tools, methods, and technologies in a dynamic environment.Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):Experience with React or Go.Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and software deployment best practices.Prior experience working with distributed, cross-border teams where communication is key.Perks and Benefits:We offer a comprehensive health insurance plan and paid leave in line with the Indian holiday schedule, including vacation and sick days.We prioritize work-life balance by providing flexible work-from-home options.Our flat and transparent culture ensures that your voice is heard and valued, fostering a performance-oriented environment that encourages ownership and experimentation.We provide a clear pathway for career advancement.
