Roles and Responsibilities We are currently seeking exceptional talent with experience in voice and chat, having work experience in Tier 1 companies. At Lumen, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and owning the experience with a primary focus on handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting sales and service for customers. As a Customer Service Account Specialist at Lumen, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience to our valued customers. This exciting opportunity will allow you exercise your excellent sales and service skills while growing within a leading technology company. This position is responsible for fielding inbound online chats and calls from potential and existing customers, resolving complex questions, solving issues, and selling Lumen products and services as solutions for customers communication, technology, and entertainment needs, which includes establishing new accounts in the billing system, providing customer service and solutions to problems, handling credit inquiries, resolving customer complaints and explaining solutions. Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a customer-facing or sales environment, experience handling inbound/outbound calls and chat working with US process. Please note- Domestic experience is not considered and ready to work in Rotational Shifts .
- Exemplary oral and written communications / comprehension skills in English.
- Background in a customer focused or problem-solving environment Promotes and sells products and services to customers
- Ability to work independently without direct, onsite supervision Proficient in working with several computer applications and databases, managing through multiple systems programs and screens simultaneously
- Strong customer focus, problem solving skills, and time management skills
- Experience in complaint handling and resolution
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly performance targets
- Proficient PC Windows-based computer skills. Experience in Microsoft Suite of products Minimum typing speed 35+ WPM
