The vacancy control program should focus on the next 24 months in the shopping center.Optimizing tenant mix initiatives within the property to enhance retail sales opportunities.Addressing property vacancy issues professionally and promptly will minimize vacancy downtime, helping to maintain reasonable income and outgoings for the landlord.Managing the impact of larger property developments in the same location that may attract tenants away.A robust Vacancy Control Programme (VCP) is essential for effective management of retail properties.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree from a top university; CFA or equivalent credentials are a plus.Experience articulating complex systematic investment strategies in a straightforward manner.Verifying compliance of critical networking equipment with policies and requirements.Experience working with sophisticated institutional investors and managing day-to-day relationships.Providing requirements and guidance for internal network separation/segmentation and access control.
