Quantitative Research Director, InsightsResearch Director responsible for day-to-day management of the Analysts and Managers and delivering strategic insights/research findings, summaries, and recommendations.Dig Insights is a tech-enabled insights company that helps global businesses stay ahead of the curve with smarter insights. The Research Director is responsible for delivering a final report including strategic insights/research findings, summaries, and recommendations to the VP. They can be relied on for project updates, recommendations on additional analysis required, and working with other Dig team members to develop solutions to any project-related problems and troubleshoot any issues that arise. The Research Director also acts as the day-to-day manager of the Analysts and Managers on the team, providing feedback, establishing goals, and helping to train the team on fundamentals, advanced research techniques, and report writing. In addition to growing their skill set as a researcher, the Research Directors at Dig are encouraged to take part in our company's exciting culture and enjoy this dynamic stage in their career.Your primary responsibilities will include:Supporting the sales process through proposal development, including methodology design, costing, scheduling, and design considerations.Overseeing project management in its entirety ensuring timely, quality deliverables according to project design.Managing a team by guiding data analysis and results communication to ensure projects are delivered with excellence.Analysing results and creating a "story" that delivers insightful, strategic, and actionable answers for clients.Confidently presenting results to all levels of client organizations in a clear and compelling manner.Providing advice, guidance, and counseling to Research Analysts and Research Managers, including assessment and identification of training needs.Developing and maintaining client relationships while identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and consulting/participating in the selling process.Experience, Skills and Requirements:7+ years of direct and relevant experience.University Degree or Post-Graduate Program in a relevant field (Market Research, Business Insights, Marketing, Statistics, or other).Solid English communication skills, both written and oral are required.Proficiency in SPSS and/or Q or other tabulations software.Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite are required.Able to work within a fast-paced dynamic environment.Ability to meet tight deadlines, while maintaining close attention to detail.Ability to work independently and with a team.Benefits:Remote first working policy which gives the ability for employees to work remotely or take a hybrid approach.Unlimited vacation policy.Reimbursement for health and wellness classes/memberships, and continuous learning.Medical Insurance.In-person and virtual social events such as poker night, paint night, trivia night, and more!To find out more about us visit us at www.diginsights.com & www.upsiide.comOur culture is built on 5 core values: Energy, Excellence, Evolution, Equality, and Empathy.
