Randstad Middle East is working with a leading infrastructure development and finance company in conjunction with a number of key positions within their successful, expanding Transport Division. The organisation is involved with the development of large scale infrastructure BOOT schemes (Build, Own, Operate, Transfer) across the Middle East, Asia and Africa.An Assistant Manager is required to join the Transport Division. Reporting to the Head of Division, the Assistant Manager will assist in bids, costings, proposal writing, data analysis, report writing, preparing presentations, and pre-construction bids. You will ideally have bid management experience as well.Candidates will hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA (Finance / Construction Management preferred) and will have around 5-8 years of experience working with an international Engineering Consultants or Project Management Firm on major Infrastructure projects. Strong analytical and technical skills are essential. Indian nationals are preferred (due to visa restrictions).Our client offers an opportunity for young professionals to hone their skills and shape their careers.
