We’re looking for a goal-oriented, focused, assertive, and energetic Inside Sales Representative, working remotely as Independent Contractor. Salary starts at R$ 2,500.00 monthly + sales bonus (R$300-R$1000 monthly). You will be responsible for taking incoming calls, giving estimates, book cleanings, answering emails, texting current and new clients while coordinating teams on the field. You will offer an awesome experience since their first call and proactively follow up to develop a long-term relationship with each client. Our goal is to retain our customers and wow them with fast, friendly support. JOB DESCRIPTION: • This is a job for a 100% remote Inside Sales Representative for a cleaning company based in US, you could be located anywhere in the world with EXCELLENT ENGLISH and PORTUGUESE to work from your home. The role involves enrolling new customers, putting them on the system, providing estimates and customer service by phone, email, text, and chat. Also, contact new cleaners and collaborate with existing ones about their availability, and matching them up while creating a relationship with cleaners and customers. • YOU MUST HAVE EXCELLENT PORTUGUESE & ENGLISH, (Spanish is a plus)• YOU MUST HAVE AN EXCELLENT INTERNET CONNECTION, • YOU MUST HAVE AN EXCELLENT WORKING CONDITION COMPUTER ALONG WITH HEADSETS • YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKLY SCHEDULE MONDAY TO SATURDAY from 8AM - 7PM. (sao paulo time) (8 hours per day/1h lunch) GENERAL FUNCTIONS: • Answer the phone and take calls from potential and existing customers, • Sale cleaning services for customers, explaining packs and differences between each one. • Communicate with, allocate, and match cleaners to customers, • Send text confirmations to cleaners for new jobs or answer their inquiries, • Email, telephone and text support, and data entry into CRM, • Contact customers to update information needed or for other documents that need to be send through. SKILLS & TRAITS: • You must be able to work and feel at ease with technology like Google Drive, texting services,making calls using VOIP on your computer using a microphone-earphone headset, CRM (Customer Relations Manager), excel sheets and WhatsApp. (experience with Front, Slack a plus)• Previous experience in CUSTOMER SALES AND MANAGEMENT is a plus. • You must be thorough, accurate and prompt. Organization is key for this position. If a task is started it needs to be followed through all the way, thoroughly and accurately. TECHNOLOGY & COMMUNICATIONS: Everything through your Internet browser, we will provide you with access to ourCRM system, the texting service, a VOIP phone and so on. Also a 2 weeks paid training will be provided to our new agents before starting to work.   • That position is our entry-level Inside Sales Representative. Salary starts at R$2500 plus sales commission averaging R$300/R$1000 monthly. Our average Sales Reps make around R$2500-R$3500 monthly for entry-level. Our top Managers make over R$7000 monthly with 3-4 years experience.
