Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: Qatar
Geography: Qatar & Kuwait
Salary: 17,000 QAR + Fuel + Mobile
Key Responsibilities:
Achieving Targets:Take ownership of business objectives and sales targets for the assigned region.
Relationship Building:Cultivate robust working relationships with dealers and customers to enhance market presence.
Performance Meetings:Conduct monthly sales meetings to comprehensively report and update on sales progress, revenue planning, and receivables collection.
Opportunity Identification:Contribute to identifying opportunities and projects that drive business growth.
Reporting:Prepare statements and reports accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to departmental requirements, policies, and standard.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelors Degree
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in Sales Management of either Building Materials, Furniture Fittings, Architectural Hardware, Paints, Adhesives, Sanitaryware or closely related industries.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Fluency in English is a must.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
